In this 21st century, with the change of our lifestyle, most of the modern generation of people today like to take an alcohol and a cigarette to smoke on their daily activities, this have bring to many of the people facing a similar health problem and risk.

Below some of the information you might want to consider, think about your health and the people you loved, before you continue for a heavy drunk of alcohol and a start a piece of cigarette.
